"I have been a yoga student for more than 30 years and teaching since 2016. With a focus on balancing strength and flexibility, my classes are uplifting and inspiring. I am qualified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Yin.
My classes are for every body; as an older, curvy yoga teacher I challenge the stereotype of the bendy, skinny instagram yogini.
I believe that each yoga class is a beautiful way to catch your breath, tune into yourself and find the power you need to face life’s challenges both on and off the mat.
I love the stories that lie behind the poses in yoga and weave them into my classes. The wisdom of ancient sages is a beautiful way to find clarity and calm in a chaotic world.
I believe that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, and so we process the world through our bodies, it’s in our bodies that we store the tensions of our experiences. So in 2023 I qualified as a sports massage therapist to help ameliorate those stresses and strains.
